NEW YORK, MARCH 22, 2004— The March of Dimes and its 10-year WalkAmerica partner CIGNA Corporation (NYSE-Listed CI) ceremonially closed the New York Stock Exchange to kick off the 2004 WalkAmerica season.  H. Edward Hanway, Chairman, President & CEO of CIGNA rang the Closing Bell with Dr. Jennifer L.
