March of Dimes Salutes Famous Volunteers on YouTube For Black History Month

In celebration of Black History Month the March of Dimes salutes a few of its most famous African-American volunteers who joined the fight for America's babies.  This tradition continues today through the efforts of Zeta Phi Beta sorority and Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.  See Roy Campanella (Brooklyn Ddogers, catcher), Ella Fitzgerald (jazz singer), Sammy Davis Jr. (actor, entertanier), and Hazel Scott (pianist, here with bassist Chalres Mingus) in action on YouTube.
