With support from the March of Dimes and the Vermont Department of Health, the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program has developed materials to help reduce the number of babies born too small or too early. The materials include:

  • Innovative approaches for changing and improving the delivery of prenatal care
  • Techniques for streamlining referral processes
