  Holly Becker Elected to National Board of Advisors of March of Dimes

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JULY 27, 2001 – Holly Becker, the top Internet analyst at Lehman Brothers Holding, Inc., has been elected to the national Board of Advisors of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, it was announced today.

March of Dimes trustees and advisors, who serve as volunteers, represent the public in governing the Foundation and helping it realize its mission to prevent birth defects and infant mortality.

Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2000, Ms. Becker was an analyst in mergers at First Boston Corp. (now CreditSuisse First Boston), later becoming a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Ms. Becker moved to Salomon Smith Barney in 1994, where she became the number one analyst in household products, cosmetics and personal care products. She is currently considered Lehman’s number one e-commerce analyst and has covered AOL Time Warner, Yahoo, Amazon, and eBay, among others.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Becker attended the University of Illinois, the London School of Economics, and Harvard Business School. She and her husband had their first child, a daughter, in May of this year. They reside in New York City.

The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality.
