WHITE PLAINS, NY, September 8, 2003 – As universal as weight gain and "morning sickness," all pregnancies come with questions. The March of Dimes has the answers…from "what should I do about my allergy medicine" to "tell me how ultra-sounds work." Here are the top five questions pregnant women ask when they email the Pregnancy and Newborn Health Education Center at the March of Dimes:
- How much weight should I gain?
- Which food and drinks should I avoid?
- Can I continue to take over-the-counter medications?
- Is exercise safe while I'm pregnant?
- What can I do about morning sickness?

In September, Motherhood Maternity and Motherhood Outlet stores will accept donations of $1 to $5 to celebrate healthy pregnancies.
