Garry L. Gause, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookwood Medical Center, has been named the March of Dimes 2009 Alabama Citizen of the Year of Birmingham.  Mr. Gause will be honored at the 15th Annual March of Dimes Alabama Citizen of the Year Testimonial Dinner on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Birmingham.

Chef Partner Oliver Robinson of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar has prepared a special dinner for the evening.  The menu will include Fleming's Salad, Lobster Bisque, Seared Shrimp over Roasted Asparagus Risotto, Bacon-wrapped Filet over Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Three-Peppercorn Sauce.  Dessert will be White Chocolate Cheesecake drizzled with Caramel.
