PARTICIPATE IN BLUE JEANS FOR BABIES DAY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2010. Blue Jeans for Babies is a fun day that helps save babies born too small and too soon while building camaraderie among employees. Participation is easy! Simply allow your employees to purchase a Blue Jeans for Babies t-shirt, awareness band or button. On Friday, November 12th, they can join thousands of Alabamians showing their support of healthier babies by wearing their t-shirt, awareness band or button with blue jeans or khakis. In addition, this year's t-shirt will be available as a white t-shirt with either a crimson baby elephant or an orange baby tiger. They are so cute! Show your team spirit by wearing a Blue Jeans for Babies t-shirt in the colors of your preferred team. And if your employer will not allow you to participate, please support the cause by purchashing a t-shirt for yourself. To purchase a single shirt, visit any Alabama Telco Credit Union branch. And don't miss out on the precious mascot beanies: UA Elephant and/or AU Tiger we're offering this year for only $7! They make great stocking stuffers!

| How it Works: |
Local businesses agree to appoint a coordinator within their company to sell Blue Jeans for Babies t-shirts for $20.00, buttons for $5.00 and awareness bands for $5.00. The company receives flyers, posters and an ordering form for the event. For a $20.00 contribution, employees have the privilege of wearing the Blue Jeans for Babies t-shirt with blue jeans, khakis or dress down (in some cases business casual), to work on Friday, November 12, 2010. The business is responsible for collecting the money for the t-shirts, buttons and awareness bands, as well as completing the order form and distributing the t-shirts to the employees.
