Signature Chefs of Birmingham

The March of Dimes Signature Chefs of Birmingham is the coolest culinary event in town!  The event pays homage to our city’s finest chefs while raising funds and awareness for the March of Dimes.  Money raised by Signature Chefs of Birmingham will fund medical research, community service programs, education and advocacy to help the March of Dimes achieve its mission of preventing birth defects and infant mortality.  


The 2010 Signature Chefs of Birmingham event is planned for Thursday, September 16th at B&A Warehouse in downtown Birmingham.   The Chairman for this year’s event is Mr. William K. "Billy" Holbrook, Esq., Secretary and General Counsel, Sterne Agee Group, Inc. 

It will be a special event full of fantastic food and drinks, exciting live and silent auction items, first-class networking and a culinary experience unlike any other!  See Birmingham’s greatest chefs show off as they prepare their signature dishes for you!  Twelve to 15 of our finest chefs will be showcased and their signature dishes available for guests to sample and savor as part of this awesome event!

Signature Chefs of Birmingham is organized by a volunteer committee and supported by March of Dimes staff. About 300 people are expected to attend, including local corporate and civic leaders.  This year’s goal is $75,000 and the majority of funds will be raised through corporate sponsorships and bids on live and silent auction items.
