The 2009 Signature Chefs Auction of Mobile event is planned for Tuesday, November 17th at the Mobile Marriott.  It will be a special event full of fantastic food, wine tastings, exciting live and silent auction items, first-class networking and a culinary experience unlike any other!  See Mobile's greatest chefs show off as they prepare their signature dishes for you!  Twelve to 15 of our finest chefs will be showcased and their signature dishes available for guests to sample and savor as part of this awesome event!  Area physicians will assist the chefs and bring awareness to the mission of the March of Dimes.  There will be live music by Joe Lewis during the cocktail hour and silent auction.

Signature Chefs Auction of Mobile is organized by a volunteer committee and supported by March of Dimes staff. About 300 people are expected to attend, including local corporate and civic leaders.  This year’s goal is $40,000 and the majority of funds will be raised through corporate sponsorships and bids on live and silent auction items.  Cocktail and/or business attire is requested.
