Newborn Screenings The Arkansas Chapter is pleased to partner with the Arkansas Department of Health in developing educational materials about expanded newborn screenings to be distributed to parents in 2008. Their overwhelmed families will watch their babies be admitted into a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
