Community Awards
The California Chapter distributes Community Awards to agencies across the state for local, small-scale projects. Awards range from $500 to $3,000.  Please click here to see a list of Community Awards funded in 2008.

2009 Community Award applications are closed.  Applications for 2010 Community Awards will be accepted from January 2010.  Applications will remain open until our limited funds are exhausted. 

Full application guidelines for 2010 Community Awards will be posted on this page in January 2010. 

Community Service Grants
We are not currently accepting applications for Community Service Grants.   

If you would like to be added to our email distribution list for future grant funding announcements, please send send an email to californiagrants@marchofdimes.com containing the following information:

• * Your name
• * The email address to which we should send funding announcements
• * Name of your organization
• * Your business mailing address

Please note that, in order to be eligible for California Chapter grant funding, your agency must be an incorporated not-for-profit 501(c)(3) or for-profit organization or government agency providing services in California.  The March of Dimes does not award grants to individuals.
