The Preterm Labor Assessment Toolkit (PLAT) is currently being implemented in over 30 hospitals across California. To support the efforts of those hospitals, the March of Dimes hosts a conference call series to share information and tools and address questions. The calls are designed for physicians and nurses in leadership or educator roles who are interested in learning more about the Toolkit or who are currently implementing and evaluating the Toolkit.
Call topics include:
* Best practices from hospitals that are currently implementing the Toolkit
* Evaluation tools and quality improvement initiatives
* Problem-solving ideas and reports of successes
