Helping moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies

The March of Dimes California Chapter has one goal: to help babies in our community start life in the healthiest way possible. Our programs help moms-to-be learn how to take care of themselves before, during and after their pregnancy.

We are there when things don’t go as planned, providing comfort and information to families when a baby is born too soon.

The California Chapter partners with local and statewide medical groups and organizations on projects aimed at improving the health of moms and babies. We also provide grants to organizations working to meet maternal and child health needs across the state.
