Preterm Infants: Transition to Home and Follow-up (2010)

Describes discharge management, transition to home and postdischarge issues for preterm infants and their families. Emphasizes family-centered care principles to enhance parental confidence and competence. Focuses on preterm infants, including infants discharged on medications, infants requiring short-term technological support and late preterm infants. 5.3 contact hours will be awarded for this activity unil 11/1/14.
