WalkAmerica is the largest annual March of Dimes fundraiser. As the original walking event, it's also a national tradition with a proud 37-year history of success.
WalkAmerica supports the March of Dimes mission of preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Funds raised by family teams, corporate teams and individuals enable lifesaving March of Dimes programs of research, community services, education and advocacy.
