    World Prematurity Day

    Sunday, November 17, 2013
    Time: 12:01 AM
    Nationwide
    Nationwide
    Florida, FL 00000

On World Prematurity Day, the March of Dimes joins with parent groups and organizations in countries around the world to raise awareness about premature birth and how it can be prevented.

The preterm birth rates declines for 6th straight year in the United State. Our campaign is winning the battle against premature birth, but the U.S. still has the highest preterm birth rate of any developed country.

15 million babies are born too soon worldwide and premature birth is the leading cause of newborn death each year. Download our infographic to learn the facts.
