Lake County’s March for Babies Ambassador Jack Otremba was born on March 11, 2008 weighing in at just 17 ounces. His first year of life has been filled with more than a few challenges; among them were four different brain surgeries.
Little Jack and his parents Chris and Sharon recently celebrated a major milestone – his first birthday and the bakery crew at the Publix Super Markets at Sandy Ridge Shopping Center in Mt. Dora surprised him with a Winnie the Pooh birthday cake for his big day.
