Enthusiasm, dedication, tenacity… .and then more enthusiasm! This describes Aimee Reed.
As Public Affairs Coordinator for Embarq in both the Tallahassee and Fort Walton Beach/Destin markets, Aimee has become an invaluable member of our volunteer team in Northwest Florida.
Aimee began as a March of Dimes volunteer in Orlando in 1998 and continued her involvement in Leesburg and Lake County before relocating with Embarq to Tallahassee. She has been a March for Babies committee member in Tallahassee and the Emerald Coast, and was the planning committee chair for the Big Bend March for Babies in 2008. She has been actively involved in the Tallahassee Wine and Food Festival, the Jackson County March for Babies, and a strong partner with March of Dimes staff.
Aimee and her team from Embarq are famous for their signature balloon arches at many events and even more importantly, the sincere dedication and enthusiasm that she brings to our organization. She personifies Embarq’s commitment to excellence in their support of local events in communities they serve. Aimee arrives early and stays until every job is completed at each March of Dimes event. Her volunteer leadership is contagious as others are highly motivated by her energy, personality and drive.
We are most fortunate to have Aimee on our team in Northwest Florida. Her contributions are immeasurable! |
