Dr. Diaz-Barbosa is currently an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Miami and a neonatologist at Jackson Memorial-Holtz Children’s Hospital.

Since 1992, Dr. Diaz-Barbosa has been involved with the March of Dimes Miami-Dade/Monroe Division, first as a member of the South Florida Program Services Committee and then as a member of the Division Board of Directors where she now holds an officer’s position. 

Her contributions to the March of Dimes are significant and speak loudly about her commitment to the mission.
