Signature Chefs and Wine Extravaganza

Considered one of South Florida’s premier annual food and wine charity events, the Signature Chefs & Wine Extravaganza presented by Miccosukee Resort & Gaming will pull out all the stops for its glorious ten-year anniversary celebration.  The event offers gourmets and wine connoisseurs the opportunity to sample from some of the area’s best restaurants, mingle with local celebrity chefs, taste incredible wines, and bid on an array of fabulous auction items. 

During the event, the Guardian Angels of the Jackson Memorial Foundation will be honored for their tireless efforts on behalf of children.  Guests also enjoy exclusive door prizes, music from members of the New World Symphony, and a lively after-hours dessert and dance with live music.  This year's event image, “La Chef," is generously donated by local artist Tony Mendoza.
