The board met with key staff members including March of Dimes Senior Vice President, Volunteer Leadership Development. Harry Capell, Southern Region Vice President Paula Howell, and Florida State Director Debbie Dawson to plan strategies for the upcoming year while being recognized for achieving outstanding success in fundraising, program, public affairs, and communication.
