Whether you ride a custom chopper, street bike or pushing a stroller is more your style, Bikers for Babies is for you. 2008's Bikers for Babies event is a nonstop adrenaline rush for those who like to walk on the wilder side while raising money for a great cause- babies! All of the proceeds go directly back into Georgia programs like the NICU bedside reading program and special electronic kiosks inside hospitals to give support for families dealing with prematurity or birth defects.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride your bike at the Atlanta MotorSpeedway. Teams are forming all around the state and organizing rides into the Speedway so that when they arrive it's time to ride the track. But that's not all, we will have numerous family friendly events at the Speedway including loads of vendors, live music and a free lunch with paid entry.
Since the March of Dimes Bikers for Babies Weekend’s inception 17 years ago, the event has raised more than $5 million for Georgia’s babies, helping to fund the expanded Georgia Newborn Screening Program benefiting more than 133,000 Georgia babies each year. Be sure to sign up today and bring your little hogs to Bikers for Babies 2008!
