ATLANTA, GA – This October, motorcycle enthusiasts from around the country will ride their motorcycles to the Atlanta Motor Speedway for the ride-in event not to be missed – The March of Dimes Bikers for Babies formerly RIDE to Save Babies. Celebrating its 17th year, the 2008 event will be held Sunday, October 12th from 10 am – 6 pm. The March of Dimes Bikers for Babies is a must, and here are 10 reasons why!
10. The March of Dimes Bikers for Babies is the most unique motor sport fundraiser around. This is the 2008 charity ride not to be missed.
9. Locally, 100% of rider donations from the March of Dimes ride are designated for specific Georgia programs that help us in our mission to save babies.
8. A motorcycle stunt team will showcase their aerobatic skills and perform their newest tricks.
7. ? Georgians can see rider donations at work - the expanded Georgia Newborn Screening Program, which benefits more than 133,000 Georgia babies each year, was made possible by contributions to Bikers for Babies.
