Every Baby Has a Story Bus Tour
Lenox Square - Upfront Parking

October 21 from 2 pm-6 pm

October 22 from 11 am-3pm

Every Baby Has a Story, a new grassroots and integrated media project celebrating babies - those born healthy as well as those who need help to survive and thrive - has been launched by the March of Dimes.  A traveling “Every Baby Story Tour” motor coach will crisscross the nation on a challenging 16-city, 28-day road trip, collecting memorable, inspiring, and humorous baby stories from moms and dads and family members at each location.

The bus will visit Atlanta on October 21 and 22 at Lenox Square in the Upfront Parking Lot near the main entrance encouraging moms to share their babies’ stories.   There will be “story stations” outfitted with computers and web cams where families can videotape themselves or write their story.

WUBL, 94.9 The Bull, will also be onsite broadcasting live and giving kids the opportunity to take photos with the station mascot, Rope The Bull, and win High School Musical on Ice tickets while parents share their story on the computer kiosks.

Farmers Insurance is donating $20 for every story collected, and visitors who submit a story will receive a child safety kit from Farmers, a tote bag from FedEx and other sponsor goodies.

The web site, www.marchofdimes.com/everybaby, powered by Scrapblog.com, allows people who can’t visit the motor coach on tour to add their stories via an interactive scrapbook page, including photos, text or video. The site features a map of the United States where all these great baby stories can be added.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia wants to give all babies a healthy start and is proud to be a presenting sponsor of the March of Dimes Georgia Chapter Prematurity Awareness Campaign
