If you have a used phone that you are ready to send in, please follow these simple shipping instructions:

For single phones donations:

• Simply place phone in a padded envelope.
• Remove batteries from the wireless handsets.
• Fold the charger cord up and secure it with a rubber band.
• Label envelope as follows:
• Take to your local post office and mail (no COD’s are accepted)

Multi Phone Donation Shipping Information/Instructions

Place phones in a corrugated box (no holes or damage, please). Recommended box dimensions are 16"X12"X12", i.e. copier paper boxes. 1 box for every 50 to 100 phones, accessories and batteries. Remove batteries from the wireless handsets. Fold the charger cord up and secure it with a rubber band. Packaging Your Collection: Step 1: Place a layer of packaging material on the bottom of the box. Step 2: Pack the wireless handsets, accessories and batteries in the box. Step 3: Place additional packing material on top to prevent movement. Step 4: Seal each box with shipping tape, and apply the shipping label. Box number (For example, if you are shipping three boxes, label as follows: 1 of 3; 2 of 3; 3 of 3). Secure the shipping label completely to the top of your box with clear packing tape. Choose your shipping process: Contact your local shipping company Add the shipping of phones to your company’s donation—use your own shipping provider to forward your collection. Shipments can be any quantity, when you fill a box, just send it in!
