The March of Dimes is honoring individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, support for workplace initiatives that embrace local and global diversity, or initiated innovative programs that teach cultural competence and community building.
Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez, Assistant Secretary for Public and Intergovernmental Affairs for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Tammy Duckworth, and Illinois State Senator Kwame Raoul as “Faces of Our Success” award winners. In addition, The Boeing Company and Chicago Transit Authority will also be honored.
Stephanie D. Neely, City Treasurer, City of Chicago is the Honorary Chairperson. ABC7's Hosea Sanders will emcee.
