Prematurity Awareness Month
Illinois and across the U.S.
Prematurity Awareness Month is a time when the March of Dimes hosts unique activities, events, programs and fundraisers that bring special attention to our mission. We try to raise awareness and educate individuals all year round, but in November, there's an extra concentrated effort to inform and engage families about how to possibly prevent premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.
