Stork's Nest
Stork’s Nest provides prenatal education and incentives to low income pregnant women. The program motivates women to get early, regular prenatal care through earned incentives and educates women on self-care during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. The nests are operated by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the March of Dimes and cooperating community agencies.

In Chicago, the women of Zeta Phi Beta, Inc., Zeta Zeta Chapter have collaborated with the Simpson Academy for Young Women to host several Stork’s Nest throughout the year.  The Stork’s Nest is open to women attending the academy and their friends and families.  During the 2007-2008 academic year, the Stork’s Nest program at Simpson Academy served 250 pregnant women and their families! See the pictures below of the most recent Stork’s Nests.
