| Chicago – It will be an evening of culinary delights when 20 chefs from some of the western suburbs premier restaurants join together to support the March of Dimes at the 10th Annual Suburban Signature Chefs Auction, Thursday, October 6th at the Bolingbrook Golf Club (6440 Double Eagle Drive) from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Avent America and Central DuPage Hospital are proud to be the title sponsors of this year’s chefs auction. 600 guests will sample the chefs signature dishes prepared especially for this event. In addition to tasting the food at the various stations, guests will be able to bid on a variety of unique silent auction items. This year’s silent auction will feature wonderful dining packages, romantic hotel stays, family entertainment packages and much, much more. Following the tasting, guests are invited to participate in an exciting live auction featuring gourmet packages designed by the chefs from the featured restaurants.

Chefs from the following establishments will be in attendance: Adelle’s in Wheaton, Branmor’s American Grill in Bolingbrook, Braxton in Oak Brook, Chef By Request Catering in Lisle, Chef Fredy Cuisine in Chicago, College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Eclectic Restaurant in Barrington, Heaven on Seven in Naperville, Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris College, Le Titi De Paris in Arlington Heights, Les Deux Autre in Glen Ellyn, Maggiano’s Little Italy in Oak Brook, Meson Sabika in Naperville, Oliverio’s Italian Chop House in Lemont, One20 Ocean Place in Wheaton, Pacific Blue in Glen Ellyn, Suzette’s Creperie in Wheaton, The East Room and The Nest at the Bolingbrook Golf Club in Bolingbrook and Trader Joe’s in Wheaton. BOS Distilling Co. in Chicago, PRP Wines in Elk Grove Village and Two Brothers Brewing in Warrenville will provide drink samples.
Ray Kinney from MinuteMan Press of Naperville will be the Master of Ceremonies and Auctioneer for the evening. Guests can bid on a variety of unique chef packages including: brunch for 20 created by Chef By Request, a five course dinner for eight with wine by Oliverio’s Italian Chophouse and a tapas party for 20 with sangria at Meson Sabika. Guests will be able to bid on vacation packages to Dallas and New Orleans and other amazing auction items.
The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
