MARCH OF DIMES 16TH ANNUAL GOLF OUTING: AUGUST 16, 2006 AT LINKS AT CARILLON GOLF COURSE

Chicago-- Join golf enthusiasts from the Chicagoland business community for 18 holes of golf at the 16thAnnual March of Dimes Golf Outing.  The outing is Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at the Links at Carillon Golf Course, 21200 S. Carillon Road in Plainfield.  The event sponsors are Prairie Bank & Trust, Crowley Barrett & Karaba Ltd., and Microsoft Corp.

Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. and golf starts at 12:30 p.m.  Cocktails, dinner and an auction follow the completion of play at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $175 per player or $650 per foursome.  For more information or to register over the phone, please contact Debbie Kotarba, Sr. Special Events Coordinator, at 312-596-4724.  You may also register online at www.marchofdimes.com/illinois.

Proceeds will benefit the March of Dimes, a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.  Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education, and advocacy to save babies and in 2003 launched a campaign to address the increasing rate of premature birth.
