The March of Dimes will hold a Shop and Share fundraising program on July 2, 3rd, and 4th at all statewide Jewel-Osco stores.
By shopping at Jewel-Osco on any of those days, 5% of the total purchase, excluding tax, will be donated by Jewel-Osco to the March of Dimes!
In order for the March of Dimes to receive the 5% donation, you MUST go to www.marchofdimes.com/Illinois and print off the “Shop & Share Identification Slip” and bring it t o your local Chicago land Jewel-Osco location on July 2, 3rd or 4th.
The March of Dimes will use the money generated by their Shop & Share to help save babies by funding research, advocacy, programs and community service grants to help stop premature birth.
John Robb, District Manager of Farmers Insurance in Illinois, spearheaded this innovative fundraising campaign by reaching out to Jewel – Osco in order to implement this for the March of Dimes. Farmers Insurance is a national sponsor of the March of Dimes WalkAmerica campaign.
