The process for Indiana Chapter grants for 2009 is underway. 

Click on funding priorities below to help you determine if your program fits the mission of the March of Dimes.

Click on 2009 Letter of Intent Brochure below to download and save a copy of the brchure outlining the process.

Upon determination of your program as eligible for a potential grant, you will be informed and will be asked to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP).  The RFP will be posted to this website.

The grant process will be conducted electronically for the 2009 cycle.  Please submit all Chapter Grant requests by email utilizing the 2009 Letter of Intent Brochure available for download below.  Deadline for letters of intent forms is April 30, 2008.  

Send the completed form/request by email to Mary Alexander, State Director of Program Services and Publc Affairs at IN354@marchofdimes.com.
