| Board of Directors for the Indiana Chapter to lead March of Dimes programs in Indiana.
(Indianapolis, IN, February 7, 2007)—The March of Dimes Indiana Chapter is pleased to announce the Indiana Chapter Board of Directors for 2007 who will lead the March of Dimes fight to save babies in Indiana and the lives of children across America. The efforts of the Board will help support March of Dimes research and programs to save babies from premature birth, the leading cause of infant death and a major cause of many lifelong disabilities. The rate of premature birth has increased 29 percent since 1981.
“The involvement of local leaders of the highest caliber is a key element our fight to save babies' lives," said Dennis Casey, Indiana Chapter State Board of Directors Chair. “We are fortunate to have these select people committed to saving babies’ lives in Indiana.”
