Chefs Auction Events Lead Fall Fundraising Effort for March of Dimes Fight Against Prematurity.

The March of Dimes special events season begins in earnest in October with eight different chefs events in Indiana, all with the common cause of saving babies' lives.

Each chefs event features the best local chefs and restaurants who donate their time, talent and food to the event. Attendees enjoy great food and silent and live auctions featuring one of a kind items for bid.

The 2005 list of events includes:

Fort Wayne Signature Chefs Auction - October 24th
South Bend Signature Chefs Auction - October 25th
Merrillville Culinary Stars Auction - November 7th
Lafayette Culinary Stars Auction - October 20th
Columbus Culinary Stars Event - October 4th
Evansville Signature Chefs Auction - October 27th
Terre Haute Culinary Stars - October 6th
