2010 CHAPTER GRANTS Each year, local March of Dimes chapters award grants to external organizations across the state in order to address unmet maternal and infant health needs.
VOLUNTEER the March of Dimes has depended on the generosity of people like you to carry out its mission of saving babies. Volunteers are the driving force behind the foundation.

The Kansas City Bikers for Babies is the largest and most successful March of Dimes motorcycle ride in the nation. Bikers for Babies has raised more than $4.4 million in Kansas City in its 15-year history.
March of Dimes supporters raised a glass to raise awareness for healthier babies at Wine Fest May 21 at historic Union Station. Nearly 700 guests attended the celebration of wine and food and raised $118,000 for the March of Dimes mission.
More than 8,000 participated in the March for Babies May 1 at the Kansas City Power & Light District. Families walking in honor of an affected child joined with corporate leaders to raise more than $865,000 for March of Dimes.
