| Informing the U.S. Congress about the devastating effects that prematurity has on families is a key component of the Prematurity Campaign, which has a goal of decreasing and eventually eliminating premature births. There is a bill pending before Congress that will help us reach this goal which you can help advance. The “PREEMIE Act” (S.707/H.R. 2861) would expand research, health education, and health services related to preterm birth. Please contact your Senators and Representatives urging them to cosponsor this important piece of legislation.
