All individual money must be received by the March of Dimes office by June 30, 2010, to be eligible for incentive prizes.

Participants who are eligible for a Macy's Gift Card must respond to an address-verification postcard in order to receive this incentive.  Gift cards will be sent before October 30, 2010.
