  • Maintain Medicaid eligibility to at least 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
  • Protect Medicaid managed care options for pregnant women.
  • Protect existing funding and gain funding for smoking cessation services for pregnant women.
  • Support funding for expansion of Newborn Screening Program.
