Sample the best restaurants in the Mankato area with just one reservation at the Mankato Signature Chefs Auction. Indulge in signature dishes and bid on unique auction packages. It’s a night of fabulous food and good company October 10 in the beautifully transformed Snell Motors. All proceeds go to benefit the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies.

Creative chefs from around Mankato will prepare a tasting of their signature dishes. Amy Otto of Decadent Desserts is serving as the Honorary Chef in 2013. A list of participating restaurants will be announced later this summer.

There are incredible opportunities to bid on unique adventures. The silent auction features a variety of packages including spas, restaurants, sporting events and entertainment. The real fun starts when we sit down for dessert and the live auction bidding wars begin.

Enjoy a glass of wine and great conversation with corporate and community leaders as you taste some of the best food in the Mankato area and bid on the priceless auction packages. Our event has been featured on Radio Mankato, KEYC-TV and the Mankato Free Press.

While everyone enjoys a great evening, the real reward is helping babies. March of Dimes is inspired by all babies—those born healthy and those who need our help to survive and thrive.
