Be part of an "Iron Chef"-style battle to crown Springfield's Signature Chef. Chef James Clary of Clary's defends his title against Johnson Tan of Ocean Zen. Enjoy dinner and live and silent auctions while raising funds for babies in Southwest Missouri.

Doors open for the reception at 6:00 p.m. Dinner, silent, and live auctions follow. Leading items include a signed Alan Jackson guitar, trip to Las Vegas, and tickets to a St. Louis Cardinal game with a private tour of Busch Stadium. The top auction item will be a chance to experience the competition first hand by sitting on stage and eating the food the Chefs prepare.
