Every Baby Has A Story Bus
Downtown St. Louis
St. Louis moms and dads who like to brag about their kids will soon have an opportunity to tell a story about their children to a national audience.
“Every Baby Has a Story,” a new March of Dimes grassroots and integrated media project celebrating babies -- those born healthy as well as those who need help to survive and thrive – will be in St. Louis, Tuesday, November 6. November is Prematurity Awareness Month, a time to recognize the growing crisis of premature birth, and an opportunity for the March of Dimes to support and educate moms about how to give their babies a healthy start in life.
The “Every Baby” tour bus will be parked along the Gateway Mall on Ninth Street, between Market and Chestnut streets. People may board the bus to tell their stories via Web-cam or keyboard between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
For each person who tells his or her story on the motor coach, Farmer’s Insurance will donate $20. Also at the site, Farmers agents will distribute Child ID kits. Additional participant gifts have been generously donated by FedEx, American Baby Magazine, Motor Coach Industries, and others. The first pregnant woman to tell her story on site will receive a special gift from Motherhood Maternity.
