The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. We carry this out through research, community programs, education, and advocacy. March of Dimes has awarded millions of dollars in Missouri for research and programs to help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. It is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health.
Through programs and services in communities across Missouri and the Metro East, we promote healthy pregnancies and babies, and work to prevent premature birth and birth defects. Our recent Statewide Perinatal Conference in Columbia was a great sucess. Click below for links to the 12 conference presentations.
