New York City, New York, March 04, 2013 —
St. Louis based Famous Footwear’s Latoya White, manager of Field & Cause Marketing, joined March of Dimes President, Dr. Jennifer Howse and other volunteers for the ringing of the New York Stock Exchange Closing Bell on Thursday. Famous Footwear, a national March for Babies sponsor, helped other top volunteers from all over the country kick off the 2013 March for Babies, the March of Dimes signature fundraiser, to help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. This year more than 20,000 companies and 7 million people will participate in March for Babies with a goal of raising $109 million. March for Babies takes place in more than 750 communities all across the United States.
