Approval for contact hours for doctors (CME) and nurses (CEU) is pending.  Application for social worker continuing educaion has been submitted per request of attendees.  If you are interested in attending and need a specific contact hour, please contact Michelle Gorelow, MAEd at 702.732.9255 Ext 226. We cannot guarantee that the committee will apply for your specific needs. It will depend on when the request is made and the cost of the application. 

For those needing to spend the night, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Tuscany Suites & Casino. If you need a room, you must call the Tuscany Suites & Casino at 877.887.2261 and mention "March of Dimes". Rates are $65 for Thursday and $105 for Friday plus tax. More than two people per room is considered an additional person and a $20 per person per night plus tax.  Children 12 and under may share the room with parents at no additional charge. Special rates accepted until Oct. 12, 2009. Please note that special requests such as non-smoking room, room location, king or double-double bed type, ect. are subect to availability at the time of check-in. Check in time is 3 p.m.; early check-ins are subject to early check-in fee. Check-out time is noon.

Continuing education certificates will be distributed at the end of the symposium.

A discount is available to aid members of the Clark County OB/GYN Society as part of their Gold Sponsorship ($150.00 for early registration and $180 after October 26, 2009).  Sorry, no discounts for students or retired healthcare professionals.

Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) and received no later than Tuesday, November 3, 2009. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date. Those who do need to cancel after Tuesday, November 3, 2009 are permitted to send a substitute. Notification of changes must be made to Michelle Gorelow, MAEd at mgorelow@marchofdimes.com or 702.732.9255 ext 226 by 3 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009. Deadline for registration is Wednesday, November 11, 2009.
