Cameron’s Calling is our newest event to honor the memory of Cameron, born too soon and too small, and the many other babies born premature that don’t survive.
This event will benefit the March of Dimes New Hampshire Chapter and will take place on September 22, 2012 at The Royal Palace Dance Studio in Manchester, N.H.
Almost every family has been touched by the March of Dimes. Established in 1938 by Franklin Roosevelt to eradicate polio, its list of accomplishments include the Salk vaccine, PKU testing, neonatal intensive care units, surfactant therapy which allows premature babies with underdeveloped lungs to breathe, discovery of fetal alcohol syndrome, advocacy initiatives, and education programs. Its latest initiative is focusing on improving the health of all babies, so one day every baby will be born healthy.
