Decades ago, millions of dimes from concerned Americans helped the March of Dimes defeat polio. Once again, they need all the change we can gather to win the fight against an even bigger challenge - premature birth - the #1 killer of newborns.
More than half a million babies are born too soon each year; there are 14,000 in New Jersey alone.
Help put a stop to this national crisis. During November (Premature Awareness Month) and December, donate your spare change through your local March of Dimes chapter or take it to a Coinstar® Center near you.
It’s easy and convenient to donate your spare change at a Coinstar Center. Select March of Dimes from the screen, code 1230. Then pour in your coins and you’ll receive a receipt for a tax deduction. |
