A Meeting of the Minds: Reducing Prematurity through HBWW Community Programs

Share lessons learned and best practices in reducing prematurity from the successful Kentucky HBWW program.  Learn and be inspired by speakers who will address specific issues faced by both Kentucky and New Jersey.  This will be done through presentations and in facilitated, small group discussions.  This event is complimentary, but seating is limited.  Register Soon!
