Helping the Community through Grants and Awards

Dedicated to the community, the Greater New York Chapter promotes maternal and infant health and access to prenatal and child health care programs.
During recent years, it has awarded more than one million dollars to community agencies that offer prenatal services, professional/public education initiatives and advocacy efforts.
Nationally, the National March of Dimes awards more than $30 million annually to biomedical research and financially supports communities such as Greater New York to target its specific local needs.
