The Harvey E. Schultz and Esther M. Schultz March of Dimes Health Education Scholarship We are pleased to announce that the Genesee Valley/Finger Lakes Division of the March of Dimes has awarded two $1,000 scholarships for the 2006-2007 academic year to students beginning their first year of post-secondary education in a health care field (nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pathology, audiology, paramedical studies, and/or medical studies).  Lydia Amankwah of Bronx, NY has received one of the $1,000 scholarship to use towards her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree a SUNY Brockport.  Afton Branton of LeRoy, NY has received the second $1000 scholarship to use towards her Physician Assistant Bachelor Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology.  This a continuing program that is awarded yearly, if you are interested please download the application and mail it back to the March of Dimes.  Download the Application (PDF) Donating is easy online, by phone or mail / fax.
