The Harvey E. Schultz and Esther M. Schultz March of Dimes Health Education Scholarship
We are pleased to announce that the Genesee Valley/Finger Lakes Division of the March of Dimes has awarded two $1,000 scholarships for the 2006-2007 academic year to students beginning their first year of post-secondary education in a health care field (nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pathology, audiology, paramedical studies, and/or medical studies).  Lydia Amankwah of Bronx, NY has received one of the $1,000 scholarship to use towards her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree a SUNY Brockport.  Afton Branton of LeRoy, NY has received the second $1000 scholarship to use towards her Physician Assistant Bachelor Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology.  This a continuing program that is awarded yearly, if you are interested please download the application and mail it back to the March of Dimes.
