The NEW DATE for this event will be on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2012 due to the aftermath from Hurricane Sandy that recently hit the East Coast.

NEW DATE - SAME LOCATION: Signature Chefs Auction at The Carltun located in Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY offers an evening of fine food, fun, friends, and entertainment as we honor Joseph Peiser, Chief Operation Officer of RMI Consulting LLC, RPG Management LLC, affiliates of Wright Risk Management. 

The event, presented by The Wright Risk Insurance Group, features food samplings from the culinary talents of Long Island’s finest local establishments. The evening will also include silent and live auctions consisting of many extraordinary items and will raise funds to support our mission to give every baby a healthy start at life.
