Livingstone College March for Babies Walk

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity at Livingstone College is holding a Walk to Benefit the March of Dimes on Saturday, March 21, 2009.
The Alpha’s couldn’t wait to get started on their 2009 fundraising! The annual March of Dimes, March for Babies Event is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th at Catawba College. Chad Mitchell and his fraternity brothers wanted to tie the March of Dimes into their homecoming celebration, so they decided to hold a walk on the Livingstone Campus this spring.
Chad is heading up this event with the help of Eldridge Williams, Livingstone College Faculty Member and March of Dimes Supporter. The Alphas are already fundraising throughout campus, but during their homecoming celebration, the week of March 16th, they will kick their efforts into high gear!
The Walk will take place at the Livingstone College Alumni Stadium on Saturday, March 21, 2009 from 10:00am–12:00pm. There will be music, food, FUNdraising and more!
